Africrest evicted me in November 2025 at the landmark as I was unable to pay rent due to a liver disease I had and I used up all my money in medical I did mention and shared my doctored things with the landmark apartment. I did not mind being evicted my only issue is that my furniture was mishandled my TV is broken mind you a TV I bought last year the LCD is damaged. I asked them if my mom and sister could come and pack my stuff last year so that they are handled with care but today I am heart broken I’ve been trying to email them and nobody is responding to fix my TV is costing me R3000 . I am opening a case against this property and what they did . A
