Africrest The Titan is a worst place to live at as a tenant, the admin is so horrible , not competent at all. From late invoicing and lacking customers service skills. When I got to the apartment the place was extremely dirty , my husband had to clean as I was working overtime. I wish I can give a zero rating. I also experienced a week of no warm water and the WiFi was off. I don’t wish anyone to come to this place.
