Africrest – Lovely Apartment, But Disappointing Rental Experience

I'm still processing the unexpected circumstances that made me realize signing a lease with this company was a hard lesson. My experience has opened my eyes to how tenants can be subject to unfair practices, lack of transparency, and one-sided lease conditions. I found the process with Africrest to be riddled with inconsistencies, misleading information, and what I perceive as unfair treatment. Looking back, I now realise that many of the reviews—both good and bad—were accurate. Until you go through it yourself, you may not understand how valid that 1% of negative reviews really is. Sometimes, that 1% reflects major issues that shouldn't be ignored.
