Africrest encouranges their ****phobic security guards to beat up tenant

On Saturday night, November 13, 2021 I was beaten by the security guards at The Leo apartments in the CBD . When I brought this matter to the attention of the building manager, Khanya Nhele, he hung up on me and slapped me with a fine for noise I didn't do, and an eviction threat. I was not entertained, nor was my side of the story heard. No one at Africrest took the time to actually hear me out. I was told that the guards reported that I made excessive noise that night, and I would be fined R1000, without any engagement, or even asking my side of the story. The security guard hit me, and then told me that he hates ***s because I was with my other two ******* friends. I feel Africrest encourages this behavior from their security guards.

Africrest's building in the CBD is the pits managed by the amateurs who cannot separate their personal feelings from their work. I don't feel safe anymore at The Leo since the guards who are suppsoed to protect me, manhandled me, the property management turned a blind eye.

I want to lease my lease at the end of December but I'm going to be charged termination because they see that I still have credit in my account since I paid rent for the entire lease period, and even one month more.
