360 Kent

Throughout my 3-year stay at 360 Kent, my main grievances included: - Poor security - Bad admin - Zero change management - Poor maintenance - Poor wifi - Lack of urgency - Terrible communication - ****roach infestation that is ongoing

The building seems to be under new management now and so they have redeemed themselves after helping me get my deposit money back. My previous review was a 1 and it is now a 3. There’s still lots of room for improvement, as per my comments above.
