Waiting on clearance letter

I am really ****ed at this peoples service they keep on giving me the run around iv called them numerous times for a clearance letter when being transferred the line drops i call back and it takes them forever for them to answer. Its costing me money to call them every time. The money was paid in but now I am running after them for that letter i think its really unacceptable.
