They refused to send the clearance letter to clear my name after I paid the settlement fee. They wanted me to pay an additional amount equivalent to the lawyer fees I had already paid.

This ruined my credit score as it resulted in me going under debt review. I could not get an apartment, a new job or credit. My wife has been pregnant in this period and they did not care. It is only when I started posting reviews that they sent me my clearance letter. It's too late now, I spent 6-7 months suffering, living in and out of homeless shelters and the streets on some occasions because of them. They keep getting all review companies to remove my review because they calling it defamation of character. How is it defamation of character when this is what they did to me?

On a recorded conversation, the advisor clearly states that she won't send it because American Swiss forgot to call them to let them know that I settled my account in full + lawyer fees in store.

This is not justice. 8 months ago, I would take them to court and get my justice but now with Covid-19 and the outcome of the debt review, I can't do anything but write a review. Even that is taken away from me.
