Harassment

I paid my TFG account in full and it was closed last month after receiving countless calls from a lady from Absa africred trust. After paying the account in full she then called and advised she saw the payment was made in full and she called to say thank you for paying. Today I received a call from her again to say theres a short payment of R612.49 that i must pay into their account. When i tell her account was paid and closed she even called to say thank you for paying she hung up the phone on my ear and sent an SMS with outstanding balance. This is harassment and im definitely taking actions for it.
