Draining Service for my Markham Settlement Letter

<p>I settled my account over a Month ago but to date I am not receiving my settlement or payed up letter. Each time I call in there is a story about linking me up with the right person. And they never return my calls or emails. I have called in 3times a week and this is to a line that gets through only to put you on hold numerous times before you succeed one in 10.</p> <p> </p> <p>My credit score remains harmed by this issue. thanks.</p>
