Africred/ Vericred ***** and false communication

I was referred to your show after I enquired about Carter Blanche and I have one of two options. The first option is to expose Vericred/ Africred for the findings I made with the help of the NCR. The second would be to sue them for a very big amount for ruining my life.

I paid the full settlement amount due to my account, including lawyer fees at least 5 months ago but Vericred/ Africred did not clear my name and thus tarnishing my credit record and put me under debt review. Vericred confirmed over a recorded phone call to their customer care that they could see the payment on their end as well as the consultant at American swiss but Vericred/ Africred refused to send the clearance letter therefore I could not be cleared instead they wanted me to pay an additional R230 over the settlement amount I paid.

Their reason is that the consultant from American swiss failed to contact them the day I made the payment. They have now made their lack of communication as my problem affecting my credit history. This resulted in me not being able to get an apartment, a business loan and a home loan. Living in and out of hotels has costed me my life savings and resulted in me living on the streets with my pregnant wife.

I was also not able to get a job since the jobs I have been applying for required my credit history. Every credit application I app**** for in the past months was unsuccessful because they failed to provide proof that I settled my account.

I managed to land an online job but this meant that I had to settle for a very low wage because of my credit problem. My new employers told me that I would need a better phone to work, I tried to get a phone from Vodacom on credit and it failed. Vericred/Africred has ruined my life and I lived a life of hell in the past few months.

I can confirm that I have the telephonic conversation with TFG on the day of the inquiry. There was a store consultant that assisted me. I was advised not to share it because should this case make it to trial, I will need the evidence not tempered with and thus can not be shared to the public. Please find attached preliminary conversations between me and the NCR. I asked Simon (the representative from Africred/ Vericed) for my call recordings but she hasn't gotten back to this day.
