Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with

<p>If I could I would advise everybody to not do business with this company. </p> <p> </p> <p>I booked their venue to host our wedding reception. I paid the full amount cash upon booking. </p> <p>A few months later when circumstances had change we decided to cancel the wedding. </p> <p>I called the manager at their offices (Marilyn) and explained my situation to her, in August. She promised to get back to me on a way forward. </p> <p>I had to keep calling her to check up on the outcome. A month later she confirms that they will be refunding me R5000 with a R3000 penalty. And I was fine with that. </p> <p> </p> <p>Need less to say, 4 months later they have only paid R2000 in my account. She does not take my calls and I am told that she is the only person I can speak to. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am very frustrated and their service and treatment. </p> <p> </p>
