Slow connection and slow respons

<p>Got a month to month contract with africloud.4meg line thats so slow cant watch vidoes without buffering alot anyway that was not to buffer that must for that line speed,dont let me get started with download speed so **** slow for that line speed,when I call in they always got a story maybe to many poeple connected or the weather is bad the tower is down,but dont worry we wil sort you out,but nothing is happening still the same BS </p>
