Accident caused by africircle

I wrote this letter to confirm and have proof day I have been in talks with them for a while.they have no clear contact details,I also need to know what steps should I take in this matter to get my car fixed

Good day To whom it may concern

I write this email in connection with a accident between myself and one of your driver's/trucks.I have been talking with one of your personnel with no success for the past 3 weeks.

After this accident happened on the 7th of July 2021 my car was left damaged and I had to be following with Samantha each and every week which is still uncomfortable. I ask that we settle this in a civilised manner and move on with our lives.
