Utterly disgusting Services

Africaz Chatsworth (unit 5 branch) beyond pathetic service. I placed an order at 5:51pm and it is now 7:39 pm and still no delivery and not even a phone call to be courteous from them to let us know about the late delivery. Made over 10 calls to them and to no avail. Initially directed the driver and told him we are opposote a school on the road. So the address cannot be an excuse. I understand that at times they get busy so we cater a little extra time but this is ridiculous especially when I have kids to feed. Irresponsible, inconsiderate and extremely poor customer services. Imagine if I hadn't gone in time to order from somewhere. Utterly disgusting service never ever will I or any of my family be placing an order with them again.
