Poor, disgusting preparation of meal

My Gorgeous wife and I visited Africanz in Midrand yesterday for the first time, I ordered a family meal, full chicken, 4 rolls, large chips and 1,5 litre coke. My instruction was clear and specific to the lady that took my order, chicken must be very, very, very well done and chips must be peri peri spiced. To our disgust the chicken was not well cooked, chips was not even spiced and yet they think that their food is better than Nando's. Well Africanz has a lot to learn if they want to be better than Nando's whose chicken is much more tastier and always very, very well prepared as requested and chips spiced. Yes Africanz may be cheaper than Nando's but for us it's quality rather than price. We will not go back to AFRICANZ and I will not recommend if asked however people's likes differ. Disgusting that you don't want to eat chicken again because of this. I brought this to the Manager's attention but he didn't even bother to take the whole chicken back and have it redone, all he had to say sorry. You can be rest assured that if this happened at Nando's which I doubt but they would have taken the chicken and redone it or replaced it properly done.
