Bad customer service

I ordered a pizza from Ferndale Africaz, the Hawaiian pizza. The ingredients of the pizza were missing- the pizza was then obviously bland, not enough sauces, just chicken. The missing ingredients, mainly jalapeños was not communicated to me until after delivery was made and payment exchanged.

Upon enquiring, Nthabiseng said that she had just been communicated that there were no jalapeños, I further on asked why this was not communicated before the pizza was completed and could not get any answers.

I am certainly dissatisfied as a loyal client who loves ordering from Africaz, I can assure you that I will be no longer be ordering from Africaz in the future - I cannot pay for food that is incomplete, it really does not make sense as to how the reasoning behind going ahead with an order when most ingredients are missing, works.
