Capitec accepting aunothorised debit orders

Good day On the13 of June 2022 a debit order went off on my CAPITEC Banking Account. I am unsure what this debit order is as I have not authorised Africanind to debit from my account. Capitec keeps allowing these debit orders to happen and they do nothing about it. ive had 4 unathorised debit orders this month and capitec charges R45 to revers
