Sick and tired of being forced to pay monthly membership for something I've been practically BEGGING to be cancelled.

I'm so tirek of people making it impossible for you to cancel a policy. I have been trying FOR MONTHS now to cancel my policy with these people because a) I can't afford it and b) I don't need the service anymore.

I've been calling and every time they tell me to send an email to indicate that I would like to cancel etc. It's to another email address, not the one I have on their info brochure. I never received replies from that email address anyway. I have done so. No action was taken. So I called again. Was told to send the email AGAIN. Three times this happened.

Now I've been trying to call them since yesterday, for round 4, but the "business is not available at the moment. Please leave a message."

The problem is that it's being deducted from my salary and only they can stop it. And in the mean time I'm paying R500 a month and I can guarantee I won't get that money back. And it's STILL going off.

They're being underwritten by African Unity Life.
