Unpaid funeral claim

I've had a very bad experience where African unity as an underwriter of Mosaic are failing to payout my policy saying it was repudiated cause the person was not on the list ,I did provide them proof that from the inception of the policy that person was part of the funeral policy ,Zieta and Belinda are the ones on the case but they can't give me a sound reason why the policy won't pay out
