Unpaid claim

Hello Peter i woul like to write a review about Prosper Funeral Solutions undewritten by African Unity. I had a death in my family and the funeral has taken place without any payout from them. I put in my claim documents on 2021-07-16 and everything was confirmed as correct and when I call and make a follow up I keep being sent from pillar to post. I have never been this frustrated no one is taking responsibility there is no care for their clients and I urged some of my colleagues to join but now I will tell them about my experience. It is so embarrassing to not be able to contribute when premiums were deducted with no fail. Im so disgusted with the service.
