Unknown policy

<p>I have a problem.African Unity took a policy which i dont remember signing. Last year i found their details and contacted them they sent me a policy certificate which is incorrect. My second name is incorrect and my date of birth. They promised to investigate after that, nothing has come up and they still deduct the money from my salary. Mind that they started in 2011. Please help me.</p>
