Terrible Service

On the 31st of Aug 2021 my mother who is the principal member of her policy with Prosper Funeral Solutions logged a claim for the passing of her mother. Till today no consultant has bothered to get back to us and assist. I have called countless times to get this resolved but they keep cutting my calls or not even transferring me to someone I can speak to. The last time we spoke to someone was on Thursday confirming the approval of the claim and that it would be paid out within 48hours. It is the 7th of September today and again I’m battling to get in touch with a claims agent to assist in letting us know where the issue is if any to have the money paid out. The only thing we were given was a reference number, how do we bury loved ones when we first need to fight people that had no issues in taking money from us.
