Termination Letter including Inception and Termination Dates

I've decided to move my current Gap Cover Insurance from African Unity Health, previously PSG. I've been with them for several years and need proof that I've had Gap Cover up until my agreed termination date of 31 Jan 2018. On first inquiry regarding how I go about ending my cover, I was emailed a request to advise termination date and in that email a promise of Inception date being supp**** was advised. Since then I've dealt with Gena Oosthuizen, Howard Ngiba, Leaveil, admin and no one is giving me my start date. The letter has been signed by Jonie Swanapoel. I can only guess this is an automated signature and Jonie is blissfully unaware that the signed letter falls short of the original promise.

In the middle of all this I receive an email to say my end date is now suddenly end Dec. Which means that I'll be without cover for 1 month and this forfeits continued cover if there is a break. I've subsequently been told my Leaveil that it was an error and that my end date is 31.01.2018. African Unity, I'm told you have included the start date with other members who have terminated with you. What is your issue here? This shouldn't be a difficult process.

With this level of service all I can say is that I can't wait to move!!
