******** of policies, everytime they have to come up with stories just not to pay

These people are first told me that u cannot claim after 6.months according to their clause, I asked them how come but I ddnt know because its only fair u ask me what had happened because there must be a reason and "then they asked for a reason" this just shows unproffesionalism. They continued to play hide and seek after that and stopped communication with an email and started calling but they did not know my phone also records conversations because I first talking to the Approver the whole week and then Friday another women called me a stinking attitude telling me that they cannot pay me out for the funeral because I was not there and I.dd not contribute hahaha. How can I contribute but I ddnt even know that the person passed on (logic)????? She then continues to say they will reimburse me all my premiums back, WOOOW!!! Why reimburse when you know that I should not be paid out according to your policy clause. Something is fishy with these people. I have been paying since last year for this person n continued to pay even though she was dead. Please help me and it is not the first time they are doing this but ended up paying after a long fight.
