Hi I have a complaint about African Unity limited, it is the second time they refuse to pay my claim. The person passed on March and I claimed last week because I was not aware, they say I waited too long I shouldhv claimed last month but how can I if I dd not know. I unknowingly paid for this person for six months her premiums so tell me would a conscious person do that? Please help me I'm fed up with these people.
