Ridiculous run around & stalling by imcompetent claims advisors

I submitted a claim in Feb 2018 for a gap cover claim for 2 x co-payments whilst treated at Life Groenkloof Hospital E. R unit on 07/11/2017. I have diligently being paying all premiums since beginning Jan 2017 & this is the second time my claim isn't paid out! The first claim for dentistry in 2017 I didn't even so much as receive a reply! All documents for claim GAP ********** were submitted in full on 15/03/2018 but since AUH doesn't employ intelligent enough claims advisors to handle the claims, they have sent me back & forth with numerous emails since last month failing to understand there is no hospital account since the E.R department of the hospital but the docs I submitted were correct for an account with Drs van der Merwe, Malan, Davie Inc since this private practice OWNS the E.R unit. Now since this info was sent to a manager at AUH on 20/03/2018 confirming this in writing & they say I must wait 7-14 days for claim payout. I refuse to wait as they can see on their records ALL docs were received on 15/03/2018. If this is the case, I want the policy to be cancelled & all my premiums refunded since inception!!!
