POOR SERVICE - UNITY HEALTH

Pathetic Service ! I have just joined this medical insurance and they have no idea what they are doing, Wrong ID on card since September, still not rectified. An additional dependent (unknown) was added to my insurance and charged for. No reply or any feedback from customer care or head office. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a health insurance.
