No payments

African Unity FSP8447 the underwriter of Prosper Funeral policy has not paid a claim more than 2 months since the passing of a loved one.

It has been a pain to deal with this company. the likes of Zitha who constantly in meeting instead of facilitating payment so that we can burry our loved ones.

Prosper Funeral the real company that sells policies has removed themselves despite no claims not paid out instead they continue with debit order as if nothing has happened and refer customers to African Life who ducks and dives instead of paying out claims.

I will be lodging a complaint with the FSP board with regards to the conduct we have received from both African Life and Prosper Funeral such companies should not offer such important services to the poor because they fail to do fulfill their part after years or collecting premiums
