Horrific Service NO Comunication Between themselves and stupid

<p>I submitted 2 claims weeks ago, and every day received a different email stating your claim is being processed then You need to hand i 1 document then I need to submit this, which all had been done, and when I thew a tantrum all of a suden things were done and wow all my documents were found!</p>
