False Funeral Cover Agreement

Hi I received a call last week from a African Unity call centre. They were asking me to confirm beneficiaries for a funeral policy which they said I have with them. I told them I don't have a funeral cover with them and they continued to confirm my details and said I am currently paying R97 per month. I told them them I don't have a funeral cover with African Unity and as I was still continuing with asking further questions to understand how they got my details, they hung up.

When I try to call the number, no one picks up. I went to their website and requested a call back (30/07/21) and still no one called me back.
