African unity life

Good day i am chahiem Samuels , I have been a member of this company AFRICAN UNITY LIFE for 5 years and when I took out this insurance was promised that I will have a laywer to represent me in case of any legal matters.

Apparently I am having a legal matter and when I call for their assistance I can not get their help , they are telling me "I am not covered for legal assistance and they will provide a lawyer for me which I must pay out of my own pocket" of which it is not something that they promised me when I joined.

Also the other day they took my mother to a hospital and then left her there and I had to pay all the hospital costs - so they only provided her with transport and not anything else.
