Simply saddening and disappointing.

Maserame and her team are unprofessional, bad faith operators.

I appointed them for with a 75% deposit in good faith, they barely delivered 10% of the renovation and proceeded to continuously lie and give me excuses as to why there was no progress on a renovation that they scheduled for two weeks.

5 months later she conceded that she did not have the capacity to complete the job. I was promised a refund, which as of the date of writing this review is pending. Yet to hear if I will get my money back. Needless to say I strongly advise against any dealings with Maserame Mtshatsheni and company. I've been made a fool of, I would hate for anyone else to endure what I've had to endure.
