Really impressed with their commitment to service.

I ordered a 6.6ft USB Type-c to USB Type-c cable from African Tecnopreneurs trading as 180by2. They sent me a 3ft cable (correct make). They also removed the product from their website the day after I ordered it. I was upset with them and gave them a bad review here. I thought I was being **********.

I did let them know that they sent me not the product advertised on their website. Since then they have really gone out of their way to try sort me out. They have refunded me the money for my cable and also sent me a longer 5m cable, which is a few times the price of the cable I ordered and said I can have it for free.

The 5m distance turned out to be to be too long to carry the power needed for the touchscreen I was wanted the cable for to connect, so I am sending it back to them.

But to sum up, their product spec was incorrect on their website for what they actually had in stock but they really went out of their way, at significant extra cost to themselves to try make me happy for the mistake on their website. I can say they have earned my trust and I would happily purchase from them again if they have a product that suits my needs in the future.
