all talk no action cam

the insta360 x2 camera did not work with my modern phone , so the camera and accessories were sent back for a refund as discussed with Lwazi from AfricanTechno. no refund and just stupid emails from retards at takealot that cant read a basic email explaining the situation. Lwazi the sales manager at AfricanTechno is also pathetic , promised to do full refund , now suddenly when everything has been return he cant reply to msgs and when you get hold on him on the phone he just says the right things on the phone but does absolutely nothing.

This has been going on for weeks and I have been more than patient waiting for some kind of response, Lwazi refuses to speak to takealot that they use as a sales platform .
