If I could give a negative rating it would be -10. They are very quick to reply when you make a booking and have to pay, but the moment they need to refund you due to a cancelled trip (by them, not me), they disappear from the earth. There is no contact number, just the agent that emailed you, who is all of a sudden non existing. Lauren de Vos does not reply to any of my emails and I still did not receive a refund after 2 months. They are an absolute ****! Funny enough how their website has only good reviews, but as soon as you start investigating, every single review is negative and they ****med 100's of people, all due to a cancelation on their side. Pathetic is not even describing the service!
