Just Horrible. Stay away!

I booked with the African Sun Travel agency for car transport from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Horrible mistake! I paid the full amount that they invoiced me (R3810) and waited for my booking to be made with Shosholoza meyl for my car and it never happened. They took my money and didn't bother to make a reservation like they were supposed. I was dealing with one of the agents, Lauren De Vos, who is just terrible at customer service. she takes a week to reply to a simple email (with nothing useful) and doesn't answer calls. I was so disappointed with their service. They took more than 4 weeks to process my refund, after I sent 100 emails and called a 1000 times. Never again. Oh They also have **** reviews on their website that they will shove in your face.
