Poor workmanship and bad service

In Feb 2015, we contracted African Solutions (Pete Roberts), to install a concrete floor for our home. <br> <br> We were told that the floor could be cleaned easily using water and soap (kitchen installation), after completion a few drops of cooking oil was spilled on the floor but the oil was quickly absorbed and could not be removed. Pete told us he could rectify the issue and redid a small section which caused a very ugly stain on the floor. Pete indicated more than three months ago that he would resolve the issue, but to date has not done so.<br> <br> I also indicated that I was not happy with the quality of the work in the kitchen. He redid this section with another product that is now starting to peel
