Pathetic experience

I had purchased a flight experience for my ***friend as a birthday gift which we had done on 4/2023. Together with this I purchased and paid for a video to highlight his experience. To date 3 months later I have not recieved a video nor link. When I contact Abdul or Waseelah they are constantly unavailable. Abdul finally contacted me today and was absolutely rude it was disgusting. He gave me no chance to speak and advised me he is still waiting for the video to be uploaded. Almost 4 months later???? He then proceeded to block my number. I have nothing to say except this husband and wife duo are a pair of *******. Keep the money and pocket it. You lack values and principles.
