Horrible service and lack of communication skills

Absolutely pathetic service and an attitude issue with a lady named Waseela... Will never recommend this company

I booked a birthday surprise for my husband on Thursday Waseela confirmed the time and date Only to find out 2 days before (after my husband called the pilot to ask if I could sit passenger) that the pilot was not going to be there on the day and we had to reschedule We are from Port Elizabeth and were going back the Sunday afternoon Waseela was to inform us on Thursday night whether the pilot would be available on the Friday afternoon to do the experience. No one got back to us so I called her and she had a lot of nonsense to tell me and said that she can't keep emailing me and letting me know whether a date is okay or not.. And that if the pilot didn't confirm with us, it meant he wasn't back..

What nonsense!!! It was their mistake and she made it our problem.. To top it all, she was supposed to inform me and did not!!! Absolutely pathetic..

Not once did they apologise for the inconvenience they caused us and they were still arrogant and proud enough to say that they did nothing wrong and it is our fault

They lack basic communication skills

They refuse to refund me

Amazing birthday present absolutely spoilt!!!
