African Skyline-Huge disappointment

I booked a first flight experience with African Skyline on January 28 for my mom, big sister and I to celebrate my mom’s 67th birthday. I requested and paid extra for the flight experience video footage. On the website, it clearly states that one should receive their items within 7-10 days. On the day we made arrangements and agreed that my sister (who is based in Gauteng) will collect the certificates and the video footage link will be sent via email. Its been over a month of sending numerous emails, calls, Whatsapp messages to Captain Abdul and yet I have not received any of the above. Its frustrating, upsetting as there is no clear reason for the delay, just ignoring all forms of communication hence I have resorted to this platform. A few colleagues were in SA two weeks ago and wanted to book the experience with African Skyline, and they ended up going with another competitor who issued all items such as the certificate, footage and some merchandise on the same day. African Skyline ruined the whole experience as that day was special for my family.
