Dishonest staff that do not care about customer service.

Absolutely horrible experience with this property! After the manager complained about our later than expected check in and out of courtesy to the host, we offered to cancel the reservation as we were going to arrive 4 hours later than expected. The manager **** over the phone stating that this was acceptable and a refund will be forthcoming. The next day, Lindie now has no memory of this and it is our fault for not pitching.
