Avoid African Reservations and Epupa Camp in Namibia !

If you want to visit Namibia: AVOID African Reservations. AVOID Epupa Camp. Other establishments were helpful when we had to reschedule due to Covid-19 lock-down preventing us to travel in August 2020. Other booking agencies and establishments were helpful and accommodates tourist at later date. E.g. Good for you Gondwana and others! African Reservations is a rip-off establishment acting as agents but not interested to help one to get refund or make a plan to get alternative accommodation for new dates that fit in to possible rescheduled travel dates. The same app**** to - Epupa Camp - (ref no ARN110420RTNS) African Reservations CC did not provide any service for huge amounts paid, neither did Epupa Camp incur any costs due to tourist prohibited to travel but still they refuse even to partly refund. They insisted on full prepayment at booking September 2019 for April 2020. We gave notice of cancellation 3 weeks before booked date. Refusing prepayment for service not provided due to no fault on tourist's side is arrogant and unacceptable is is to take and keep money that does not belong to them. There is a word for that and it is not nice. The rest of Namibia's tourist industry get a bad name due to no fault of their own but caused by establishments like African Reservations and Epupa Camp. Shame on you!
