Third party claim not paid over 9 months

This is a disgusting 🤮 insurance company, they keep lying over and over , the only thing that will make them pay is taking them to court. It’s been 9 months and my car is not fixed , when doing a follow up , they keep saying they will send an assessor .This company must be closed down
