NO PAYMENT FOR DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE - 6 MONTHS WAITING

I would like to know if this company actually pays anyone or resolves cases. Everytime i call they say they cannot get hold of the insured driver. But the insured driver goes to Univeristy of Wits. I have been waiting for 6 months to fix my motor vehicle. the service is unfair and they really have no compassion when their clients are at fault. Is there an ombudsman we can report them to or raise up concerns on how they work. Investigating a simply car accident where their client negligently reverses on a street with out checking cannot be so difficult. Are they taking advantage of the fact that it is because I am not covered for comprehensive insurance. Please assist how i can get paid for the damages caused to my vehicle. It simply means people can get away with negligent driving. these kind of companies should play their part in holding their clients accountable for bad driving
