Insurance Claim not Paid for 9Months

I am tired of this insurance company, i have been following up with them after they Client whom we had the incident. It happened beginning of January 2018 and we going into September still nothing, they never return my calls or emails. This is company is garbage, Companies pay a lot for insurance and they should not do business with these *****s. I am disgusted right now, I am taking this to the Ombudsman office now, hope they can assist.
