HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have been going back and forth with this company regarding my claim for the past four months.I have submitted all the required documents but they keep on asking me resumbit over and over again.They never call nor make follow ups instead when I call they never answer.I am so fedup with this company because right now I am going on a disciplinary hearing for late coming and not coming to work at times because a car is a requirement for my job but instead I have a car that is sitting in the garage Destroyed by someone and her insurance policy is not even paying and I am loosing my job.This company clearly needs to be closed down because they are not doing what they supposed to be doing but instead they causing stress for their clients.I don't understand why we even pay them in the first place if they are going to be causing more stress.I am disgusted
