Don't Expect Service or Assistance - Clients don't exist here!!!!

It's been 6 months and my 3rd party claim has not been resolved. It's a clear cut case. My vehicle was parked, your client's driver damaged my vehicle, there are witnesses, he admitted he was at fault, your client admitted guilt and agreed to be held responsible for the damages!! Why is it taking 6 months? My quotes for my vehicle are going to expire!!! Everything was sent to GP Windsceen's Broker, Tara Wilson From TIG Administration!!!!
