Their prices increas...
Their prices increase is ridiculous.. They can't even calculate their % very well Old prices R650 increased with 16% to R780 which is wrong. You can't increase with the whole R130 even though your plastic suppliers increased their prices.

I get that you are upset about the price increases and it is very unfortunate that we had to increase prices. We are a business and unfortunately need to increase prices from time to time to ensure we still sell our products at a profit. Please also note we used the wording "by about" on our notification letter and did our best to stay as close to this number when it was possible.
