Taking excessive premiums not agreed in the policy schedule.

African Rand Underwriting keep on deducting a premium not agreed on in the insurance policy schedule, policy schedule number - ARU43307. My premium is R1368 per policy schedule, and they have deducted R2312 thereby leaving my account overdrawn for my other deductions.

I changed my other vehicle from comprehensive to third party since May 2018, and the premium decreased, however they have gone on to deduct the same premium. This is really unfair because they immediately stop the policy when the policy bounces but cannot make sure that correct premiums are loaded in their payment systems. Please refund the excess funds you took as I am now on a negative in my bank account.
