Shalom Scheme Group

Hi there,

I am hereby with dispute of the funeral policy that I have with Shalom Group Scheme that is underwritten by African Rainbow Life. Last year (2021) I made a claim for the passing of my father and the claim was delayed and paid after the funeral in October, I continued with the policy and they were successfully deducting through my debit order I have two policies with them, both of them were separately paid. Now on 06th of July 2022 my uncle passed away when I am submitting the claim they are telling me that one policy has been lapsed even though it was deducting on my debit order I have back statement reflecting all the transaction made between my account and their account.
